Welcome to GetTranzport. This Global Service Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the GetTranzport platform, including our website, mobile applications, messaging services, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By creating an account, booking a ride, registering as a driver, or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. About GetTranzport
GetTranzport is a long-distance ride-hire and passenger transportation platform connecting riders with independent drivers for intercity and regional travel.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering legally binding agreements to use our Services. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
3. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate registration details, maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, and notify us immediately of unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
4. Services
GetTranzport provides a technology platform for ride booking, passenger transportation coordination, payments, and communications. GetTranzport is not a transportation carrier. Drivers are independent providers.
5. Pricing & Payments
Fares are shown before confirmation and may include distance, time, and applicable surcharges. Payments are processed securely via third-party providers.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to engage in unsafe or unlawful conduct, harass drivers or users, or misuse the platform. Violations may result in suspension or termination.
7. Independent Drivers
Drivers are independent contractors and not employees or agents of GetTranzport.
8. SMS & Communications Consent (Twilio A2P Compliance)
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive transactional and service-related SMS messages from GetTranzport, including ride confirmations, updates, and support notifications.
Opt-In Methods: Creating an account and checking the consent box, entering your phone number on our website/app, or texting START.
Message Frequency: Frequency varies based on your bookings and activity.
Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-Out: Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance.
We do not sell or share phone numbers for third-party marketing.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy at https://gettranzport.com/privacy-policy
10. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation terms and applicable fees are shown at booking.
11. Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may modify or discontinue Services at any time.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetTranzport is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant service.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify GetTranzport from claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of this Agreement.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate this Agreement or misuse the platform.
15. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by applicable laws in jurisdictions where GetTranzport operates.
16. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.
