We use the information we collect to: process and manage your bookings; connect you with available drivers; process payments and send receipts; provide customer support; send service-related communications; improve and personalize our platform; comply with legal obligations; and detect and prevent fraud. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We share your information with:

• Drivers: Name, phone number, and pickup details necessary to complete your trip
• Payment processors: To process transactions securely
• Service providers: Companies that help us operate our platform, bound by confidentiality agreements
• Law enforcement: When required by law or to protect safety

We require all third parties to respect the security of your data and treat it in accordance with applicable law.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit, AES-256 encryption for data at rest, regular security audits and penetration testing, and strict access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Account information is retained for the duration of your account plus 7 years for tax and legal compliance. Trip data is retained for 5 years. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time via our Data Deletion Request page, subject to legal retention requirements.
