GetTranzport uses a single authentication flow for both new driver sign-up and existing driver login. The same login/OTP screens apply to each.

Login methods

  • Continue with Google Account
  • Continue with Email Address
  • Continue with Phone Number

Steps

  1. Open the GetTranzport Driver Web App or Mobile App

  4. Click "Request Login Code"
  5. Enter the 6-digit OTP sent to you
  6. Click "Verify"

System behaviour

  • If the credential is new → a driver account is automatically created

Module 2: Driver Home – Requests & Offers

Driver Home is organised by tabs and ride type filters: Ride/Km, Ride/Hr, and Delivery/Kg.

Tabs

  • New Requests — All passenger ride or delivery requests whose pickup locations fall within your geographical radius
  • My Offers — All ride requests where you have already submitted a fare price; awaiting passenger selection

New Requests – your actions

  1. Review request details
  2. Click "Offer Price"
  3. Enter fare amount
  4. Submit offer

After you submit, the request moves from "New Requests" to "My Offers".

Module 3: Ride Lifecycle

Scheduled Rides

  • Passenger selects a driver and completes payment
  • Ride moves from "My Offers" to "Scheduled Rides"
  • Driver and passenger are connected via in-app call and chat (free)

Confirmed Rides

Ride is confirmed immediately after payment. Payment methods: Stripe (card) or PayPal (PayPal account login).

In Progress

When you start driving the passenger to the booked destination, the ride status changes to "In Progress".

Completed Rides

A ride moves to "Completed Rides" when the passenger reaches the booked destination, or when the ride is cancelled before the scheduled date/time. Completed Rides also serve as record and tracing.

Module 4: Communication

Communication begins only after passenger payment.

  • In-app Call — Voice calls within the app
  • In-app Chat Messenger — Text messaging within the app

Rules

  • Communication is free of charge
  • No personal phone numbers are required or encouraged
