Module 1: Login & Account Access
GetTranzport uses a single authentication flow for both new driver sign-up and existing driver login. The same login/OTP screens apply to each.
Login methods
- Continue with Google Account
- Continue with Email Address
- Continue with Phone Number
Steps
- Open the GetTranzport Driver Web App or Mobile App
- Select one login method (Google, Email, or Phone)
- Enter the required credential
- Click "Request Login Code"
- Enter the 6-digit OTP sent to you
- Click "Verify"
System behaviour
- If the credential is new → a driver account is automatically created
- If the credential already exists → you are logged into the existing account
- No password is created or stored
Module 2: Driver Home – Requests & Offers
Driver Home is organised by tabs and ride type filters: Ride/Km, Ride/Hr, and Delivery/Kg.
Tabs
- New Requests — All passenger ride or delivery requests whose pickup locations fall within your geographical radius
- My Offers — All ride requests where you have already submitted a fare price; awaiting passenger selection
New Requests – your actions
- Review request details
- Click "Offer Price"
- Enter fare amount
- Submit offer
After you submit, the request moves from "New Requests" to "My Offers".
Module 3: Ride Lifecycle
Scheduled Rides
- Passenger selects a driver and completes payment
- Ride moves from "My Offers" to "Scheduled Rides"
- Driver and passenger are connected via in-app call and chat (free)
Confirmed Rides
Ride is confirmed immediately after payment. Payment methods: Stripe (card) or PayPal (PayPal account login).
In Progress
When you start driving the passenger to the booked destination, the ride status changes to "In Progress".
Completed Rides
A ride moves to "Completed Rides" when the passenger reaches the booked destination, or when the ride is cancelled before the scheduled date/time. Completed Rides also serve as record and tracing.
Module 4: Communication
Communication begins only after passenger payment.
- In-app Call — Voice calls within the app
- In-app Chat Messenger — Text messaging within the app
Rules
- Communication is free of charge
- No personal phone numbers are required or encouraged
Module 5: Earnings & Payouts
Earnings
You earn 70.01% of the stated fare price per ride. GetTranzport retains 29.99% for maintenance and operational costs.
Pending Earnings
Earnings that have accumulated but not yet been paid. They are paid during the weekly payout cycle.

- Payoneer Account
History
Shows payout dates, amounts paid, and the payment method used.
Module 6: Vehicle & Service Configuration
Vehicles
Drivers or carriers may register more than one vehicle. Required vehicle images:
- Front view (plate visible)
- Back view (plate visible)
- Left-side view
- Right-side view
Blurred or unclear images will not be verified.
Capacity icons
Represent actual seating or load capacity. Select only realistic capacities (e.g. a 4-passenger vehicle cannot be selected as Minibus or Bus).
Vehicle type toggles
These represent the service category you can offer. Available types:
- Economy • Comfort • Premium VIP • Business • SUV • Van • Minibus • Bus • Delivery
Toggle ON → You receive requests for that vehicle type.
Toggle OFF → No requests for that vehicle type.
Module 7: Documents & Verification
- Upload all required documents; no blurred or unclear documents are accepted.
- Verified status means documents have been reviewed and approved by the GetTranzport support team.
Module 8: Pickup Area Logic
Preferred pickup countries and provinces/states determine the geographical radius of your operation.
Example: If you select Canada + Ontario, you receive requests only within Ontario.
Module 9: Notifications Control
Keep all notification toggles ON at all times.
- ON → You receive real-time ride alerts
- OFF → You may miss ride requests and updates
Module 10: Reviews & Performance
- Reviews — Passenger feedback on driving behaviour and attitude
- Ratings — Calculated from star ratings; they affect your visibility, trust, and ride opportunities
Module 11: Carrier / Fleet Management
- Carrier — Legal entity or individual managing multiple drivers (sole proprietor, partnership, or incorporated company)
- Driver — Individual with approved vehicle and verified documents
- Drivers under me — Applies when a carrier or driver manages other drivers under one account
Module 12: Personal Info & Settings
- Profile maintenance — Personal and corporate information can be updated; all data and documents are securely encrypted
- Other settings — Logout, app version display
