1.2 Nature of Service (Updated)
GetTranzport.com provides a comprehensive suite of long-distance transport services through a technology-driven marketplace:
- Instant-Response Ride-Hiring Booking – Enables immediate booking and real-time matching with available drivers for urgent or time-sensitive trips.
- Pre-Booked Long-Distance Rides – Schedule trips hours or days in advance.
- Airport Transfer Services – Door-to-door airport pickups with additional waiting time.
- Chauffeur & Executive Services – Premium and corporate travel arrangements.
- Shared Long-Distance Rides – Carpool options to reduce cost.
- Interstate & Cross-Border Travel – Where legally permissible.
- Luggage, Parcel, and Light Cargo Transport – For approved items.
ARTICLE 2: PASSENGER RESPONSIBILITIES
Passengers must provide accurate trip details, follow safety rules, respect the driver and vehicle, and avoid prohibited conduct such as abuse, intoxication, or illegal transport requests.
ARTICLE 3: DRIVER RESPONSIBILITIES
Drivers must maintain valid licenses, keep vehicles clean and safe, arrive on time, avoid unsafe driving, and provide professional service. Unacceptable conduct includes harassment, price renegotiation, reckless driving, and discrimination.
ARTICLE 4: BOOKING PROCESS
Includes instant bookings, scheduled bookings, shared rides, airport requests, and corporate bookings. Bookings are confirmed upon driver acceptance.
ARTICLE 5: PRICING, FEES & PAYMENTS
Fares are determined between passengers and drivers. May include base rate, distance, time, tolls, luggage fees, and night surcharges. Payments may be card, wallet, or corporate billing.
ARTICLE 6: WAITING TIME & DELDELAYS
Drivers allow 15 minutes free waiting for city pickups and 60 minutes for airport pickups. Excess waiting may incur fees.

Passenger and driver cancellation policies apply. Passenger no-shows are non-refundable. Driver no-shows result in penalties.
