No. EmoraPath never sells your personal data to any third party — ever. This is an unconditional commitment, not a legal formality. Your name, email, journal entries, mood data, and any other information you share with EmoraPath will never be monetized or sold to advertisers, data brokers, or any outside organization.

Is my mental health data private on EmoraPath?

Yes. Your journal entries, mood check-ins, AI chat history, and wellness activity on EmoraPath are encrypted at rest and in transit. This data is never disclosed to employers, health insurers, government agencies, or any outside party. EmoraPath follows HIPAA-aligned data protection practices for all mental health information.

Can I delete my EmoraPath account and data?

Yes. You can request deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time from your profile settings. EmoraPath will permanently delete your data within 30 days of your request, with no questions asked. Does EmoraPath share data with advertisers?
