At-a-Glance Checklist
Login & Account Access
- •Open the GetTranzport Web or Mobile App
- •Choose ONE method: Google, Email, or Phone
- •Enter your credential and request a login code
- •Enter the 6-digit OTP
- •Click Verify
Note: New credentials auto-create an account. Existing credentials log you in. No passwords are ever stored.
Create a Ride or Delivery Request
- •Select ride type: Ride/Km, Ride/Hr, or Delivery/Kg
- •Enter pickup and drop-off locations
- •Set pickup date and time
- •Choose passengers or parcel weight
- •Select preferred vehicle type
- •Submit the request
Note: Requests broadcast to active drivers in the pickup area with matching vehicle types.
Driver Offers & Selection
- •Review all incoming driver fare offers
- •Compare driver name, vehicle details, type, and price
- •Select your preferred driver
Note: Only your chosen driver is confirmed. All other offers close automatically.
Payment & Ride Confirmation
- •Confirm your selected driver
- •Pay via Stripe (card) or PayPal (account)
Note: Payment instantly confirms the ride, locks details, and activates in-app call and chat.
Communication with Driver
- •In-app Call — free, secure, logged
- •In-app Chat Messenger — free, secure, logged
Note: Available only after payment. Use chat for pickup details, call for urgent coordination.
Ride Lifecycle
- •SCHEDULED — Booked and confirmed. Await pickup.
- •IN PROGRESS — Driver started the trip. Track live.
- •COMPLETED — Arrived at destination. Moves to history.
- •CANCELLED — Cancelled before pickup. Kept for records.
Note: Reschedule free up to 6 hours before departure via My Trips.
Ratings & Reviews
- •Rate your driver with stars after each ride
- •Leave optional written feedback
Note: Ratings affect driver performance scores. Honest feedback improves platform quality.
Payments & Receipts
- •View completed payments in your dashboard
- •Download ride receipts (pickup, drop-off, fare, date, reference)
- •See payment method used per booking
Note: Business accounts receive itemised VAT invoices where supported.
Notifications
- •Driver offers received
- •Ride confirmation after payment
- •Driver arrival updates
- •Ride completion alerts
Note: Keep notifications ON to avoid missing critical updates.
Profile & Settings
- •Update personal info and photo
- •Manage contact details
- •View app version
- •Log out securely
Note: All data is encrypted. Phone numbers are masked from drivers.

- Always review driver offers carefully before selection
- Ensure payment is completed to confirm your ride
- Use in-app communication for safety and record-keeping
- Provide honest ratings after each ride to help the community
- Keep notifications enabled to avoid missing ride updates
- Book at least 2 hours in advance for best driver response rates
