How it works: The request is broadcast to drivers whose pickup area matches the request location, whose vehicle type matches the request, and whose availability is active.
Pro tip: Booking at least 2 hours in advance gives drivers more time to respond with competitive offers.
After submitting your request, multiple drivers may submit fare price offers
Each offer shows: driver name, vehicle details, vehicle type, and offered fare price

How it works: Your selected driver moves into Scheduled Ride status. All other driver offers are automatically closed.
Pro tip: Drivers with higher ratings and more completed trips usually offer more reliable service.

How it works: Payment confirmation instantly confirms the ride, locks ride details, and activates in-app call and chat. Your ride status becomes "Confirmed" immediately after successful payment.
Pro tip: Payment is authorised at booking but only captured after trip completion.

How it works: All calls and chats are free of charge, fully secure, and logged for safety and support.
Pro tip: Use chat for pickup confirmations. Use call for urgent coordination.
SCHEDULED: Ride is booked and confirmed. Await your pickup time.
IN PROGRESS: Ride status changes when the driver starts the trip. Track progress live.
COMPLETED: Ride finishes when you reach your booked destination. It moves to your Completed Rides history.
CANCELLED: Any ride cancelled before the scheduled time appears in Completed Rides for record purposes.
How it works: Real-time status updates keep you informed at every stage. Live GPS tracking is available during "In Progress" rides.
Pro tip: You can reschedule a booking up to 6 hours before departure at no charge via "My Trips".

How it works: Ratings affect driver performance score. Feedback helps improve overall service quality. Drivers below 4.0 are placed on review; below 3.5 are suspended.
