GetTranzport Driver Payment Guarantee
Some platforms have a documented history of withholding driver earnings, delaying payouts for weeks, and leaving drivers without recourse. We believe drivers deserve better — so we publish our payment commitment publicly, and we stand behind it.
These numbers update in real time. Every payout processed since GetTranzport launched — publicly tracked.

Six specific, verifiable commitments we make to every driver on the platform. Not marketing language — operational policy.
Payouts process automatically every Monday at 00:01 UTC. No manual approval required. No "pending review" delays. If Monday is a bank holiday, funds clear the next business day — still within 24 hours.
We do not hold driver earnings as leverage. Once a trip is completed and confirmed, your earnings are locked and queued for the next Monday payout. No platform can reverse or withhold them without a formal dispute process.
Every trip shows you the gross fare, the platform fee (30%), and your net payout — before you accept. No surprise deductions. No hidden service charges. What you see in the quote is what you receive.
Stripe (2–3 business days), PayPal (instant to PayPal balance), and Payoneer (2–3 business days). You choose. Minimum payout threshold is $20 USD. No fees charged by GetTranzport on payouts.
If you believe a payout is incorrect, submit a dispute via the form below. Our finance team reviews and responds within 48 business hours. If we made an error, we correct it and pay the difference in the next payout cycle.
Your full payout history — every trip, every deduction, every transfer — is available in your driver dashboard at any time. Downloadable as CSV for tax purposes. No data hidden, no records deleted.
Where a company is registered determines what legal protections drivers actually have. GetTranzport is incorporated in Canada — one of the world's most driver-protective jurisdictions for financial accountability.
GetTranzport.com is owned and operated by a company duly incorporated in Canada, subject to Canadian federal and provincial law. Canada maintains a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent financial activities — enforced by FINTRAC (Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada), the Competition Bureau, and provincial consumer protection authorities.
GetTranzport operates under FINTRAC — Canada's financial intelligence agency. All financial transactions are subject to federal anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering regulations.
Canadian federal and provincial Consumer Protection Acts give drivers legal recourse for unpaid earnings. Courts in Canada actively enforce these rights — not just acknowledge them.
As a Canadian corporation, GetTranzport files with the Canada Revenue Agency. Financial records are subject to CRA audit — providing an additional layer of accountability for all transactions.
Canada's Criminal Code treats fraudulent withholding of earned wages as a criminal offence. Drivers working with a Canadian-registered company have criminal law protections — not just civil ones.
Disputes with a Canadian company can be pursued in Canadian courts — accessible, English-language, and with a strong track record of enforcing contractor payment rights.
GetTranzport's Canadian corporate registration is a matter of public record. Any driver, journalist, or regulator can verify our legal standing through Corporations Canada.
The professional driver industry has a trust problem. Drivers across the globe have reported platforms withholding earnings, delaying payouts for months, and providing no meaningful dispute resolution. Some platforms have faced public allegations of owing thousands of drivers significant sums — with little accountability because of where those companies are registered.
We built GetTranzport differently. We are incorporated in Canada — a jurisdiction with zero tolerance for financial fraud, active enforcement of contractor payment rights, and full corporate transparency through Corporations Canada. A driver working with us has the full weight of Canadian federal and provincial law behind their right to be paid.
Our philosophy is simple: a driver who completes a trip has earned their money, and that money belongs to them. The platform's role is to facilitate the transaction — not to hold earnings as leverage, not to delay payouts for operational convenience, and not to make drivers chase what they're owed.
This page exists because we believe transparency is the only credible response to an industry-wide trust deficit. We publish our payment commitment publicly. We publish our jurisdiction. We provide a dispute form. We respond within 48 hours. And we stand behind every word on this page.
