What is door-to-door pickup?
Door-to-door pickup means your driver comes directly to your front door — whether a home, hotel, office, or any address — and drops you at your exact destination. No walking to a taxi rank, no meeting point. Your driver comes to you.
Does door-to-door pickup cost more?
No. Door-to-door pickup is the default on all GetTranzport bookings. There is no extra charge for direct pickup at your door. The fare is calculated based on route distance and vehicle class, not pickup difficulty.
Can I get a door-to-door pickup from a rural or remote address?
Yes. GetTranzport supports door-to-door pickups from a wide range of addresses, including rural and suburban locations. Drivers who operate in your area are matched to your booking.
Can I schedule a specific pickup time?
Yes. You can book a door-to-door pickup for any time — immediately or in advance. Schedule for a specific hour and your driver will arrive at the arranged time.
What if my driver cannot find my address?
Your driver can contact you via the masked in-app calling system. You can also add pickup notes in your booking (e.g. "Blue gate, first driveway on the left"). The driver's GPS is active throughout.
