Understanding the GetTranzport Leaderboard System

The GetTranzport leaderboard is a transparent, data-driven ranking system that recognises the most reliable drivers, the most engaged riders, and the safest operators on our platform. Every score, badge, and rank is calculated from real trip data, verified passenger reviews, and continuous safety monitoring — never from paid placements or subjective votes.

Trust Score is our composite metric that evaluates driver reliability across multiple dimensions. It incorporates total completed trips, average passenger rating, on-time performance, cancellation rate, response time to booking requests, and the number of safety incidents recorded on the platform. A score above 85 is considered excellent, and any driver falling below 60 is automatically flagged for additional training or temporary suspension until improvements are demonstrated.

Safety Score focuses specifically on incident prevention and response. It factors in vehicle inspection records, compliance with speed-limit data during trips, SOS-alert history, passenger safety feedback, and participation in optional advanced first-aid training. Drivers with a safety score of 90 or higher earn the "Safety Elite" badge, which passengers can filter by when choosing a driver for their journey.

Community Badges are awarded for milestones and positive behaviours beyond the basics. These include completing a hundred trips without a single cancellation, receiving five consecutive five-star reviews, referring new passengers, and participating in community events such as blood-donation drives or airport assistance programmes. Badges appear on driver and rider profiles, creating a visible reputation layer that helps both sides make informed decisions.

Top Riders recognises passengers who contribute to the community through frequent travel, thoughtful reviews, and loyalty-program engagement. Riders earn points for every completed trip, every review submitted, and every referral that leads to a new booking. These points unlock tiered benefits such as priority support, fare discounts, and early access to new routes and features.
